Product details
The Thermal Grizzly Delid-Die-Mate Intel LGA 1851 in detail
The Delid-Die-Mate Intel LGA 1851 from Thermal Grizzly is a tool for removing the heat spreader (delidding) on Intel processors from the Intel Core Ultra 200 series. In the so-called "Direct Die" method, the CPU cooler is mounted directly on the processor chip. By eliminating the heat spreader from the cooling circuit, a significantly optimized heat transfer from the dies to the CPU cooler is possible.
