When setting up your new computer, the USB 3.0 transfer cable offers broad compatibility, allowing you to transfer data between two computers, such as from Windows to Windows, from Windows to Mac and vice versa, as well as from Mac to Mac.

The cable is compatible with Windows Easy Transfer software, which allows upgrading to a newer version of Windows; up to Windows 8 (Windows 8.1 does not support data transfer cables). The PCLinq software stored on the cable enables data transfer between all compatible operating systems without the need for an additional CD or download.
