Slightly improved, very good noise cancelling compared to the predecessor and strong sound after subtle EQ correction – but with more clamping force.
The XM6 fulfils all expectations and can therefore rightly be celebrated as a worthy successor to the iconic 1000X series.
Sony has ironed out the setbacks of the XM5 and retained and built on the old strengths. The sound is just as excellent as the ambient noise cancellation. The low weight remains pleasant, the workmanship has been improved and the handling is once again excellent thanks to the foldability...
