The system memory plug (FX3-MPL) is available separately. Flexi Soft safety controller, main unit - FX3 CPU000000. Flexi Soft is a programmable and modularly expandable safety controller for integration into various networks. The main module FX3-CPU is the CPU of the entire system, where all input signals are monitored and processed according to the safety logic stored in the memory plug. These signals are then used to switch the system outputs via the FLEX BUS+ interface, which connects all units together. The main unit features an RS-232 interface, through which the Flexi Soft Designer can upload and modify system settings. The RS-232 connection can also be used for permanent diagnostics. Functions: EDM, damping, operation mode switching. Logical functions: AND, NOT, OR, XNOR, XOR. Application-specific logical functions: operation mode switching, damping, emergency stop, pressing, two-hand control unit. For the integration of Flexi Soft data into an existing PLC, up to two gateways can be added to a system. The gateways provide I/O status and error/status messages. Additionally, non-safety-related information can be sent to Flexi Soft over the network. Each gateway can send and receive at least 50 bytes of information. System storage in memory plug for quick installation. Modularly expandable (from 12 to a maximum of 144 inputs/outputs). Power consumption: 2.5 W. Intuitive software available for free download: Flexi Soft Designer. Category 4 (EN ISO 13849), SIL3 (IEC 61508), SILCL3 (IEC 62061), PL e (EN ISO 13849).
