The Shadows SH M-Sonic A DP for acoustic guitars is designed for perfect sound, easy installation, and preservation of the guitar's original condition. The preamp is elegantly concealed in the endpin connection, making installation very straightforward and eliminating the need for the usual routing of the guitar body. The guitar remains in its original state, and the sound characteristics remain unaffected. The preamp in the endpin is tailored for acoustic guitars, delivering fine treble clarity, punchy mids, and full bass. The output power is optimized for both finger-picking and strumming. The small and super-light tone control unit is accessible through the sound hole and features a volume control and a tone control. It comes with Nanoflex and Nanomag pickups.

The Shadow SH MS DP MicroSonic is a Nanoflex and NanoMAG pickup/preamp combination for steel-string guitars. Nanoflex pickups not only respond to string vibrations but also capture the vibrations of the instrument's body simultaneously. This shielded system integrates active amplification within the pickup itself, making it 100% hum and noise-free. NanoMAG pickups are low-impedance active mini-humbuckers made with samarium-cobalt magnets. These innovative Shadow pickups are balanced for acoustic and electric guitar strings and have a much wider frequency range than typical medium humbuckers.

The SH MS DP MicroSonic is an easy-to-install pickup system that elegantly houses its preamp in the endpin jack, meaning no cutting into the side of the guitar is required. The volume and tone controls are discreetly mounted in the sound hole along with the 9V battery compartment/holder.
