Sega Shining Resonance Refrain - Draconic Launch Editio

Shining Resonance Refrain is a version of the original Shining Resonance, which was already released on PlayStation 3 in Japan and features both English and Japanese voiceovers. Shining Resonance Refrain tells the story of the sword-wielding Yuma, who fights alongside his friends against the Empire.

In addition to the original DLCs found in the "Original Mode," Shining Resonance Refrain includes the "Refrain Mode," which unlocks the imperial princess Excella and the dragon slayer Jinas as party members - save this experience for your second playthrough to avoid spoilers.

Dragoneers use Armonics, ancient weapon instruments, to play mystical and powerful rune songs. Once you have built up enough BPM (Battle Performance Mana), the group's B.A.N.D system can be activated. Depending on which song you play and which character you place in the center, your group will be able to utilize different beneficial effects. Certain characters can even perform the song in a special costume.

Yuma possesses the soul of the Shining Dragon and transforms into the ancient beast by unleashing the power channeled through his sword. The dragons, long thought to be extinct, make Yuma a target for the Empire. The Empire captures him to use against the Kingdom of Astoria. Sonia, the princess of Astoria, initiates a rescue mission with the help of the Dragoneers. Upon hearing of Astoria's plight and their struggle for their land, Yuma decides to help them. Will he find the courage to discover the power within him despite his anxiety?.
