Das Galaxy Core ist ein Smartphone aus dem Hause Samsung, welches mit einem Preis ab 150 Euro zu den Einstiegsgeräten zu zählen ist. Hier darf man dementsprechend kaum Highlights und Höchstleistungen erwarten, gute Telefoneigenschaften jedoch in jedem Fall. Bei den Basic-Funktionen ist das Modell in jedem Fall eine sehr gute Alternative.

Zwar könnte die Performance etwas stärker sein und die Kamera ist eher solider Durchschnitt aber für den Preis geht das Gesamtpaket in Ordnung, wobei die Haptik bei dem Smartphone ebenfalls gefällig ist.

Die Ausstattung des Smartphone geht für den Preis in Ordnung, wobei die Kamera recht gute Bilder schießt. Das Modell liegt gut in der Hand und lässt sich recht gut bedienen. Allerdings ist der Dual Core Kern für top Games nicht schnell genug und das Ändern der Bildschirmhelligkeit muss manuell vorgenommen werden, da ein Sensor hier fehlt.

Im Test kann das Samsung Galaxy Core LTE mit einem superschnellen LTE-Cat4-Modul glänzen, das Downstreamraten von bis zu 150 MBit/s ermöglicht. Keine gute Idee ist es aber, dieses mit einem Billig-Handy zu kombinieren, bei dem Prozessor, Display und Kameras technisch schon mehr als angestaubt sind...
