Product details

Made from thermoplastic elastomer, a unique blend of plastic and rubber, the end cap secures the microphone and provides effective wind shielding. The baseball is available in the variants '19 / 20', '21 / 22' (green end cap), and '24 / 25', reflecting the diameters of compatible microphones in mm.

The baseball was developed by listening to customers and offers a quick, practical solution to the universal noise problem faced by sound professionals using booms.

It significantly outperforms traditional foam windshields, providing -30 dB wind noise reduction across the frequency spectrum. It allows for quick attachment and removal, is durable, and easy to maintain. Incredibly lightweight at only 17 g.

It offers capsule protection for the microphone during downtime and equipment changes on set. Made from acoustically transparent open-cell foam and a soft felt cover. Handcrafted in the UK. Weights and dimensions are approximate.
