No Roline toner cartridge leaves production without 100 percent final inspection. Each item must prove that it meets all quality criteria: compatibility, graphic capability, print density, and exact fill quantity. A cartridge is tested on up to seven different printer models. At the same time, regular endurance tests are conducted to ensure that mass production meets the quality management requirements. A cartridge type is only released after at least 200,000 to 300,000 pages have been printed without complaints - and only what has been tested and deemed good is put on sale.
