A dynamic microphone specifically designed for podcasts, which is also excellent for use in broadcasting, audio drama, and dubbing studios. The PodMic White is perfectly tuned for voice transmission: it sounds detailed, full, silky, and balanced. The housing is made of solid brass, and the robust microphone weighs nearly 1 kg.

The PodMic White features its own swivel mount, allowing it to be attached to a tabletop stand or microphone arm and easily aimed at the speaker. There is no need for a shock mount, as the microphone capsule is elastically suspended, and the swivel mount is internally decoupled from the body, preventing any issues with handling noise. The PodMic is designed for front addressing, with an optimal distance of approximately 3 to 20 cm.

As a dynamic microphone, the PodMic White is significantly less sensitive than a condenser microphone, making it ideal for studios and voiceover rooms that struggle with background noise. The double-layered windscreen is made of stainless steel, and a fabric mesh covering the capsule effectively reduces plosive sounds (p and t) and sibilance without compromising transparency. For close-miking, the optional WS14 pop filter, available in eight different colors, is recommended.
