    Good device and super service

I am very satisfied! I had noises of a coil from the power supply, as soon as the device was under load. However, this was replaced very quickly and easily or I received a better power supply. Many thanks for that!

    I can
therefore highly recommend the products of Joule Force.

    good overall but no wifi

Computer works well. Good quality build.

But no wifi in 2021 on a 2300 CHF computer? Come on...
PC came with a low quality wifi usb dongle instead. Phone got 5 bars of signal, laptop has 5 bars, wifi dongle has 0-1 bar
signal. See attached photo, left screen is old laptop with full signal, right screen is the Joule desktop, 0 signal, same location. So I had to make a 10 meters cable go through my house for ethernet... Specs said it had Wifi (see second photo attached). If I didn't need a computer so urgently I would have asked for a refund.

Also no instructions on how to make the RGB lighting work. Downloaded Asus Aura, doesn't work.
