Very suitable for biking; the mount is very stable. You just have to guess how the mount will best lift the GoPro so you don't pick up your legs. (To mount it correctly, I recommend sitting upright as if you were riding and then using the GoPro app to see what it looks like plus, minus).

somewhat expensive and rather large/unhandy.
I haven't recorded with it yet, but friends tend to film on handlebars when biking or motorcycling, as you have to sit upright with this chest strap.
For motorbikes, I would rather use the handlebar mount.Pro
