I was very sceptical because I often read about humming power supplies on the internet. I had a BK350EI before and it doesn't behave any differently than the older one. Under "load" when charging, you can hear the hum, stronger at first and less afterwards. In normal operation you don't hear it at all.
I have connected it to a Synology 1513+ and it is recognised perfectly.
I can recommend the product. Nice gimmick: It shows me the mains voltage, Hertz and consumption in watts.
My Syno is connected to the UPS with the UBEE modem from Cablecom and a Linksys E4200 and consumes 45 watts.

The UPS has now been in reliable operation for a month, and I have not noticed any problems (since there is a Swiss power grid behind it, however, there has not been any (unintentional) failure during this time).
I also cannot confirm the humming noises complained about by many users. The device is only audible if you really put your ear directly on the device. The NAS and the server right next door are much louder (and still extremely quiet, the WD Red disks cause the most noise).
The performance is completely sufficient for home, even if you have three computers and a manageable switch connected. There are also enough ports to connect the devices.
However, as soon as more than one effective computer is connected to the UPS, the software supplied is not sufficient. At the same time, it uses too many resources and offers only a few functions. This did not bother me any further, I switched to the software "apcupsd" (or rather I started right there). It fulfils its purpose and can (could) also shut down the other systems cleanly, not to mention the mail notifications.
All in all, a great product to recommend! I don't know of any other UPS with this price/performance ratio.

Very good UPS.
Works perfectly and is also recognised directly by the Synology NAS without any problems.
It is very quiet in normal operation. (Definitely quieter than the Synology NAS, which is extremely quiet for a server).
Only in the event of a power failure, when all converters are active, is the noise louder, but it is still not a problem even in a relatively quiet office environment.
In addition, an absolutely good price/performance ratio.
