Product details

This is a WisBlock expansion module from RAK Wireless. The RAK12002 is a real-time clock module with its own battery backup. Once this module is set to the correct date and time, it will keep updating the date and time even during a power outage. When power is restored, the WisBlock Core module can receive the correct date and time from the RTC module.

The WisBlock ecosystem from RAK Wireless offers compact and modular solutions for creating your own IoT LoRaWAN nodes. Various CPU, sensor, and IO expansion modules can be mounted on a WisBlock base board. Unlike traditional connectors, the modules are secured to the base board with screws. This provides a secure and reliable attachment with industrial quality. Thanks to its modular and compact design, WisBlock is particularly suitable for applications in professional or hobby prototyping.
