Hello Beat In my case, the G5 connection was active for a few hours after restarting the NR7102 and then switched to 4G. In my case this came from Swisscom. (Router with a direct view of the Swisscom antenna) Now that we've had 5G for a while, the connection remains stable, but Swisscom throttles it from +1Gb to +-300mb after a few hours. For me, the provider is the problem. The router does what it should. Greetings Tomas

This is almost certainly because CGNAT is used in the mobile network. The IP is shared across several mobile devices. Port forwarding is not possible with CGNAT.

Well, I don't know if I understand the question correctly, but a corresponding adapter is included with the product. What I would be interested in is how you want to access your Synology from "outside". I use Tailscale but maybe you have a better solution?

No problem, yes the set is complete, there are even screws and dowels included. I would only order an Ethernet cable of sufficient length!
