Hello, no special transition necessary, cable is flat enough. I just fixed it with some adhesive tape, open the windows several times per day with no issues
I've had zero problems with Salt, Sunrise and Swisscom SIM cards so far... so I see no reason why it shouldn't work
The difference is in the scope of supply, ZTE Router ZTE MC889+T3000 includes the ZTE T3000 router in the scope of supply alongside the ZTE MC889 external device, whereas ZTE Router ZTE MC889 5G ODU only includes the MC889 in the scope of supply.
I have only limited experience with this modem, but the stock firmware has very few options and is really a bad joke to me. I switched to another manufacturer an never looked back.
