The product is currently not available for order, therefore the price is not up to date. Unfortunately, the purchase prices in Switzerland are more expensive than with our neighbours, which has a corresponding effect on the sales price.

Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers, especially in international comparison. We always try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. I'll buy one right away for less than 800!

If you are still patient or want to save some money, don't buy it at all, the steam deck will be officially available at the end of 23. Digitec imports the deck and offers it about 250-300 fr. more expensive. I didn't want to wait or import it myself and could afford it. But in any case, it's a very cool device, perfect for the living room.

There is no way of knowing, unless you take the whole console apart. It seems that the Huaying Fan is quieter but I don't know if it is the one used in this console. The fan in my opinion is not noisy even when using a high resolution game, such as "Warhammer 40k Battlesector". I hope this helps you make your choice.

Because they were the supplier's last, the price went up, the rising market price also had an effect. However, the item is now sold out. We hope to be able to offer it again in due course, at a price that is reasonable for you.

I think you just go in with too many expectations or something. - I also want to sell mine again, but I haven't put it in the shop yet. It's nice for what it can do, but somehow not enough for me. And I bought it because I couldn't play on the PC for a while and now I can again. Unfortunately, it was more of an impulse purchase for me. I suppose it was the same for many people.

I'm not sure about either question, but the fan does not disturb me, if that is some level of answer. With regards to SSD: I wouldn't bother, install an SD card instead. I bought a 1tb card, no issues even with AAA titles like Spider Man. Only real difference is barely noticeably longer load time.

Unfortunately, the original mains adapter is not available with the Swiss plug. On the other hand, it is always possible to take another USB-C charger with 45 W to charge the device. For example: Anker 713 Nano II (45 W, Power Delivery 3.0, PowerIQ)
