Interesting. It seems to be some kind of problem with the digitizer. Can you somehow compare the old display with the new one to see if they are identical? Have you contacted Tolino or the supplier of the display to see if they know about the problem? (With Tolino, maybe don't mention that you changed the display yourself).

I think this is not possible because both systems support completely different formats. The Kindle format can only be displayed on Kindle devices. This is the big disadvantage of Kindle.
Only one shop is stored in the Tolino. Tolinos from Weltbild come with the Weltbild shop, Tolinos from Orell Füssli with the Orell Füssli shop. However, the libraries can be linked so that purchases on the weltbild/orellfüssli websites end up in the same tolino library.

I have the original Tolino cover. Tap2flip no longer works reliably. On the other hand, it sometimes scrolls uncontrollably when the cover is flipped backwards. Have switched off Tap2flip as this function is not useful for me. I scroll in the normal way, as I do on my mobile phone.
The answer is in the question... yes, it's possible with the e-reader's browser. It has just one little flaw, it closes with each book downloaded, which makes multiple downloads quite tedious...

Yes, you can, the tolino is free of rights :)
Digitec has one great function and that is compare. Select products, compare them and make your choice. The main differences are certainly the memory and the higher resolution of the 4HD. For me, it was important that I could install Skoobe on it and I always buy the latest versions. I hope this information will help you make a decision.
