Boy. You can find it with 30 seconds of googling. In English, the thing is called "TWCS Throttle" and you can find it in other shops. Of course, I'm only advertising DIGITEC here. Look here: Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle Thanks to DIGITEC for my commission (or e Guetschii?) 8-) Have fun with gaming.

Yes, it works without problems. I also use this product on Mac. In my case with X-Plane 11 - but is natively supported by Mac and should therefore work for any software.

the joystick is reversible yes, the throttle a priori not.
The thrust regulator must be connected separately to USB, the cable is 180 cm long.
