Question about Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS Hotas

Basically, the units work well, with double assignments or button combinations I can manage well even with the actually few buttons. The slider for the thrust is quite jerky, you can't really operate it smoothly, but it's still OK.
What's really bad is the software for the Hotas settings. Not only incredibly complicated, but also unreliable. After a few crashes, I gave up and installed a free programme (Joystickcurves). I have to reset something almost every time I start it, but in principle it works well. It's a shame that Thrustmaster doesn't offer anything better.

With Microsoft Flight Simulator Steam Edition both parts work well.
