What is the difference between the " Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 RGB TT Premium Edition" and "Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 RGB TT" fans, without "Premium Edition"?

Does anyone else have the error code H_0x0001? I can't control the fans. The LED is running and the fans are also running, but only at maximum speed.

Can I buy one without the controller? I already have 3 120mm and I only need two. I'm looking forward to it!

Dear Jürgstauber That is difficult to answer. As explained (for example) here https://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/topic/210798-error-code-h_0x0001/ it depends on many things (mainboard / operating system / controller etc). I myself have never had a problem with it

Hi, I have finally installed the fans in my PC, but I have the problem that I cannot control them with the software. I always get the error message that no controller is recognised.

I have the same riing plus version in 12cm, I'm thinking of buying the 14cm for more silence... Do I have to change the small management box if I change all the fans to 14cm? Or is it the same case between the 12 and 24cm versions?

Unfortunately, no, I have installed all three. I have also installed 5 of the 12s, and one had a defective fan after a short time. So I thought about buying a new one. I then decided on a 5-pack. because the consideration was if another one has a defect, I still have a replacement, because five are cheaper than buying one.

You can adjust these at any time via software http://www.thermaltake.com/MICROSITE/Riing12RGBRadiatorFanTTPremiumEdition/index.html#3rd . If you are asking if you need the controller to change the LED colour etc., yes: Yes, the controller is a must.
