Staedtler Noris
No this is unfortunately not possible
so if the "lead" falls out, then the pen is defective or the "lead" is not inserted correctly. Either way, complain and request a replacement. This is completely uncomplicated at Digitec.
Yes, it is. Works very well!
No. Samsung uses a different technology in the fold-series. You have to buy the one that specifically says that it's made for fold.
No, unfortunately not. The Staedtler Noris is a passive pen, but the Lenovo Duet Chromebook only supports active pens.
No, unfortunately not. At least with my iPad 8, the Noris doesn't waver. The Noris works perfectly with the Remarkable, but as far as I know that uses a different technology than the iPads. A cheap pen variant for the iPad seems to be the Logitech Crayon (but has no pressure sensitivity).
The S Pen of the S21 Ultra works (it's a bit bigger) if you activate Use multiple S Pens in the settings. I can't say whether the Staedtler Noris does, I don't have it any more.
Just tested: No, nothing happens with the Staedtler on my Surface. (I use the Staedtler for my reMarkable 2).
As the Galaxy Tabs are all based on Wacom EMR technology, they are all compatible with each other. What doesn't work are the remote control functions, which can only be used with Bluetooth functionality. For some, however, one argument in favour of the Staedtler pen is that it doesn't have a button that you can accidentally touch. Everything else works normally.

I saw in a review that it works. It should work with all Samsung devices.
According to Staedtler's compatibility list, the pen is not compatible with the Tab a7. It only works on Samsung devices where the S-Pen also works (Wacom EMR Technology). Only these generic pens for capacitive touch screens work on the Tab a7.
No, this pen 'only' works on Samsung devices that are designed for pen input (for mobile phones: Note series, tablets: GalaxyTab S6 (Lite) or also older Tab S3 ). The electronics in the pen work via the electrical field that the special displays build up over the glass. The advantage is that the pen always works and does not need to be charged (as with Apple).
Yes, 5 spares.
Unfortunately, I have not had such good experiences with the Staedter Noris, although it is beautiful. Therefore, I cannot answer the question.
Works great, the handling is like a real pencil (except the pointing) and very comfortable. However, the button for additional functions (e.g. eraser), which is included with the original pencil, is missing - I have hardly missed the button so far.
I read somewhere else that you have to write to Staedtler's support and then you get new ones. There are also no replacement tips to order directly on the Staedtler site.
Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question because we have not been able to try it out in such a form. However, I'll put the question in the community, maybe a user can help you :-)
I didn't have one ...
Yes, you can use the pen on your Huawei tablet without additional software.
It did not work on my Samsung S10e.
