As I understand it, CFexpress Type B cards can achieve these higher transfer speeds over XQD because they use a newer implementation of the PCIe protocol. Both have the same form factor and slot, but your device must be able to support CFexpress Type B. As they are therefore "different" products, there may be these price differences.

We source our products from various suppliers in order to guarantee availability as far as possible. As soon as a supplier does not have the item in stock, we switch to a supplier who has it ready for dispatch. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. There can be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. In addition, we have no influence on the pricing of marketplace retailers.

No, CFexpress cards are not compatible with it.
CFexpress cards from Sandisk are fully compatible after a firmware update of the Z-series cameras anyway.
