This is for the 11-inch Tablet S7 and therefore not suitable for the S7 FE with 12.4 inches. You need the keyboard cover for the S7 Plus.
The order was shipped today.

According to the product reference, this keyboard is QWERTY normally it should work if your settings are selected for a QWERTZ layout. We'll leave the question open if anyone wants to share their opinion. Otherwise I invite you to contact us by email:

Yes, as you said already the only difference is the layout.
Do you mean the difference in keyboard layout?
