Hi. This should actually work. Have you set the "Source" on the monitor itself to "Thunderbolt/USB-C"? You can adjust it with the button at the bottom right on the back :)

The models mentioned do not have any technical differences. Only the annual energy consumption has been optimised from the original 79 kWh (LF32TU870VUXEN) to 57 kWh (LF32TU870VRXEN).

According to the manufacturer's website, the VESA dimensions are 100x100, so no special adapter is required to mount the wall mount.
