That's daft, but don't you think it would be easier if you wrote to CK directly? I'm wondering how you managed to do it, though. Take off the top lid and remove the screw(s) in the centre of each side. Then tilt the glass towards you and carefully release it from the lower anchoring towards the top. Have you also damaged the pogo pins on the top panel (these are responsible for the on/off and restart buttons)?

The case is not supplied with fans. These must be purchased separately. The delivery only includes the chassis, storage media, screws, a D-RGB adapter and a microfibre cloth, but no fans are mentioned in the contents of the box.

For the Phanteks Evolv X2 case, you can use an ATX power supply. The case supports power supplies up to 250 mm in length, which is typical for most ATX power supplies. SFX power supplies are generally smaller and can also fit, but they might require additional mounting hardware, which is not specifically mentioned for this case. Therefore, an ATX power supply is the most straightforward choice.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a technical problem with the supplier, which is leading to these strange prices. Thank you for letting us know, we have deactivated the product until the error has been rectified.
