Good evening everyone, I'm really desperate, I had a PC put together at Caseking for 3400€, really happy, wanted to "build" it, unpack everything nicely and I have exactly this model as a case. I took the lid off to remove the side glass (to get the pads out as described in the instructions). To do this, I apparently only had to remove a small 2-3mm screw in the centre to remove the glass (I'm not an expert), but there are 3 clips on each side of the top of the case, which I unfortunately discovered too late are only for buckling the lid. I "pressed in" the 3 clips on the right-hand side to remove them because I thought this was necessary to remove the glass, but they fell into the gaps where the clips had previously been. Now I can no longer attach the lid on the right-hand side because the clips are missing and I can't get to the clips with tweezers or how to remove the rivets for disassembly and then the housing would be for the arse, as I suspect... Please I need help very urgently 🥲

That's daft, but don't you think it would be easier if you wrote to CK directly?
I'm wondering how you managed to do it, though. Take off the top lid and remove the screw(s) in the centre of each side. Then tilt the glass towards you and carefully release it from the lower anchoring towards the top.
Have you also damaged the pogo pins on the top panel (these are responsible for the on/off and restart buttons)?
