As mentioned in the specifications this is a "Hybrid Dual SIM" i.e. you can use either 2 SIMs or 1 SIM + microSD but not 2 SIMs + 1 microSD as there are only two slots in total. To answer your questions: 1. no 2. yes
That doesn't really make sense. Digitec is not gonna provide all nokia 8 devices with updates, that has to be nokia. Nokia 8 is currently only in the beta with oreo, might google a bit or wait for the providing updates. Don't forget, it even changes in diffrent regions eu,us,as.
Have you updated to Android 9 yet? I have the feeling that the camera quality has improved since the update. In general, however, I find the camera to be good and I don't have the problems you describe to an extent that is unusual for a smartphone camera.
Theoretically yes, but since WhatsApp can only be installed once, you have to use certain workarounds such as creating a second Android user (but then you always have to switch back and forth) or installing WhatsApp for Business and operating the second account there.
No, the Ashe uses a mini-SIM - the Nokia 8 uses a micro-SIM, which is even smaller in form factor. It is possible to cut the SIM card to size using an adapter, but I would advise you not to do so - SIM cards are also evolving and contain features that no longer apply to older generations and therefore cannot fulfil the full range of functions of a modern smartphone. Therefore, my advice is to get a new SIM card with a new smartphone that also comes in the right format.
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/lzREtDObTHU/maxresdefault.jpg // It's actually the same on every Android phone, press the speaker icon (in the screenshot, the thing is called Speaker, but the icon always looks more or less the same).
Nokia 8 Sirocco has an IP rating of 67 and wireless charging (qi) (the thing is also made of glass, so wireless is possible) - the Nokia 8 has an IP 54 rating and no wireless charging (it's made of metal, so no wireless charging).
I have also had problems with NFC. Be it Twint or even e-banking where I only had to scan a card via NFC.... Very rarely worked... even Galaxy S5 had less trouble.
As a rule, VoLTE does not yet work with open market smartphones, even if they support LTE telephony in principle. Voice over LTE will only be available when the network operators also install a specially modified firmware update.
As far as I know, Mobiletouch is a partner of digitec and carries out mobile phone repairs.
Download Microsoft Outlook from the Play Store is the same as on the PC I can only recommend it because I use it for private e-mail and business e-mail.
The Nokia 8 is technically capable of VoLTE, the problem is that not every provider (Swisscom and Co.) enable this service on all devices.

I am not aware of any disadvantages or negative differences. Of course, the dual-SIM variant can also be used with only one SIM card. Higher battery consumption seems possible, but should be minimal to non-existent when the second SIM slot is not used. The only reason I can see for a possible move to the single-SIM variant at the same price and release on 01.09. 2017 is that everyone is likely to buy the dual-SIM variant.2017 is that probably everyone has ordered the dual-SIM version and there will be a big delay in delivery, which should be significantly lower for the single-SIM variant and the probability is higher that customers will hold the single-SIM in their hands before the dual-SIM customers (depending on the order date of course). <--- Speculation!

These data are binding as they come directly from HMD Global where you can also find band 20 among the other LTE bands. https://www.hmdglobal.com/press/2017-08-16-nokia-8
