These data are binding as they come directly from HMD Global where you can also find band 20 among the other LTE bands.

Band 20 is controversial and only accessible for LTE use in the EU. I think the 800MHz band was left out to avoid problems in the USA etc.. So that the device can be sold worldwide in the same version.
