I can't really give you an answer here, but I can give you some advice. I also know this frustration from some past orders. I eventually cancelled them and bought them from the competition, sometimes for more money. So I also recommend that you simply cancel the order and buy the device somewhere else if you want it immediately.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the USB-C socket to connect a device for projection. The USB-C socket is only used for charging. The USB-A socket can be used to connect a USB stick for projection.

You can download the VLC Player from the Google Play Store, for example, and then I think all formats should be possible!

Im using salt app in my phone for the watch tv and I can tell you if it’s same its very practice
Yes, the remote control was included. It controls the unit completely. No direct interaction with the projector is required (except switching on/off).
The Capsule II now has a USB-C charging input, a higher resolution of 720p, a brighter image of 200 lumens, a more powerful 8W speaker and the Google Assistant feature.
