Question about Nebula Capsule II

Good day I have just received and tried out the Anker Nebula Capsule II. Now my question: We are often on the road without wifi in our camper van. However, we can receive Bluesport, Sunrise TV etc. via mobile phone. How can I stream this content to the beamer? It doesn't work with Google Home, as this requires wifi.... Thanks for tips and help!
