How can I update the BIOS? I have put the AMD Ryze 5 3600 on it. But I have to update the BIOS. Since the processor doesn't work, I can't get into the BIOS and the MB isn't equipped with an M-Flash button. What can I do?

The only possibility is to take a 1XXX Ryzen processor and update the bios. Otherwise I can lend you one. I still have one or two at home, but I need them again.

As I understand it, you need a bios update for the 3rd generation CPU for this chipset B350 that is installed on the board. A beta bios. Chipset: B450, X470, X570 run like this

I have read something about bios update what is that exactly and I have another question if I have a hard drive a ssd and a dvd burner...do I have to buy a sata cable or are there three cables included in the package?

With which processor do you want to use the product? You may need a bios update so that you can use the corresponding processor. However, this requires a processor that already works without a bios update. 2 SATA cables are supplied.
