When is the next delivery of the product due?

I don't get why you can review a product that hasn't been released yet? That's like imdb.com allowing a film review before release. That's not okay and rightly leads to confusion among customers who buy according to reviews.

Sorry but what is this I was there at 12 o'clock sharp could not put any in the shopping cart 1 hour later after countless attempts there is now no delivery date horny joke!

For the second time this month, I was waiting until 1am because there were over 10 in stock. Although I was updating non-stop, the shopping cart button never turned blue (active) and there was no email notification. Nevertheless, suddenly they are all sold out. I find this totally unfair. There is some trick or it is taken by employees. In any case, I see that several Xboxes from this month, with Digitec warranty, are being sold on Ricardo. The real gamers don't get any and certain people get rich off the bad luck of others. I definitely won't buy one on Ricardo and you at Digitec should somehow regulate the sale more fairly.

This is information: Microsoft has bought Zenimax or Bethesta. All titles will also be included in the Gamepass and those who love role-playing games in Fallout or Elder Scrolls are therefore best off on the XSX :-) I'm really looking forward to the XSX and I'm glad, no matter which console you own, we gamers can't complain about our hobby.

Today there were XBOX consoles on sale again. My colleague really wanted a console. When did you open the sale of these consoles? From 12:00 to 01:00 there was nothing going on and still they were sold. How many were available? 10? This is the devil's work and unacceptable. Why don't you make a waiting list and check who has already ordered (also for PS5) instead of such a run run action. You're just frustrating potential buyers.

Are you guys kidding me? I updated until 1am so that insta was sold out at 1am sharp, digitec doesn't even try to do anything against bots.

Why do you give scalpers a platform? A "used" Series X is offered here for 900.

Some questions were asked here on 14.11. It would be beneficial if the responsible employee could comment on them. You could contribute so much more to the general satisfaction of the customers. Remember your mistake with the graphics cards... You tried to bring in some fairness and to a certain extent you succeeded. But these concepts/ideas need to be extended to other desirable products.

Will there be a mail like with the PS5 whether it is enough for day 1 or not, or is simply every order "save" before 09:06?

Are you serious? Stop these bots already! You favour scalpers! Digitec Galaxus just can't do it with consoles!!! Still no reservations possible despite dozens of requests! Now for my question: Where can I submit my complaint to the manager/responsible person? And question 2: Who would like to participate in a collective complaint? Get in touch here! I'm looking for at least 1000 people who feel the same way I do and want to do something about it! Where is the justice for the end consumer? Digitec Galaxus cannot and must not go on like this!

When can I order the product from you again?

Huh, seriously? One hour "too late" switch to available, and then at 01:00 it is available for what feels like 10 seconds, but even then I could not put it in the shopping cart. But it says green tick and delivered tomorrow, update next time: Nothing available..... Just frustrating... last time on the 14th or whenever it was, the same game: one hour: dead, then at 01:00, everything gone, not even the green tick and the text that it would be delivered tomorrow... I don't get it, have you sold any more than usual? or are you doing this for your own pleasure? I'm starting to get the feeling that you're putting all the insterates in Tutti and the like just to earn a bit more, because many of the insterates are the Xbox and the white additional controller, often tied together with plastic things like that, just like you put your products in the cartons.... They said the console would be available again on 23.11.21. At 00:00 no console could be added to the shopping cart. I waited for an hour until 01:00 and updated every second. Suddenly all the consoles were gone. I called Digitec as soon as the shop opened at 10:00 and was told that the consoles had not been sold during the night, but that they were all still in stock and would go online during the course of the day. I couldn't reserve a console, although I called and got confirmation that the consoles were in stock. What is this? Until 14:00 I was updating all the time, hoping to order a console, unfortunately no luck. At 15:00 I went to the Digitec store in Basel in person. There I explained the situation again. First they said that the consoles had already been sold on 22.11.21, then I referred to the telephone conversation, where they said that the consoles had gone online today at 13:00, which can't be because I was always updating. I was also told on site that I couldn't pre-book any consoles, even though they were due to arrive soon or were already here. I don't think it's right how they treat their customers. Good luck getting a console and keep your hands off the overpriced offers on Ricardo etc.

There are people here, including me, who stay awake until after midnight. I never had an active order button, even though I had been updating steadily for 30 minutes. I didn't get a notification either. Why?

Would it be possible for Digitec to set up an anti-system against order bots? At the last order date on 15.11.2021, the website was busy at exactly 00:00 and shortly afterwards there were no more Series X available... the next day some Scalpers offers appeared on Tutti.ch...

You have too little control over the distribution of the consoles on hand. As I learned from your support, all Xbox Series X of the delivery of 23.11.2021 went to ONE person. I am very disappointed with Galaxus and will not be purchasing any more electronic equipment from you in the future. It's exactly the same problem as with the Playstation 5. My friend bought 5 pcs and then sells them for 800Fr. I find it anything but correct and such people should get a strike from Galaxus. But so much for that.

How come Digitec allows all the stock to be purchased by scalper bots in seconds? This is a joke, the lack of respect for your customers is ridiculous. You have the technology to track down these orders easily, doesn't take a genius to check multiple accounts delivering to the same address?! Cancel them all, allow regular customers to buy the product at fair prices without being ripped off by scalpers.

What does it look like? Is there any news about availability? Apparently some were released for sale in the Microsoft Store again yesterday?

I ordered the console on 28.04.2021 because it was available again. Yesterday I was told that it would probably be delivered today. Of course, it did not arrive today and the account now says: "Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here. Normal? I mean, I was able to order the goods on the 28th and they said they would be there and available in 5-8 days. "Sales start 14.11.2021". Does this mean that the Xbox can only be ordered from 00.00 on the night from Saturday to Sunday? And then according to the motto "first comes, first serves"?
