Will there be a mail like with the PS5 whether it is enough for day 1 or not, or is simply every order "save" before 09:06?

Good News: We receive a higher allocation than expected and will therefore be able to serve ALL pre-orders from 22.9.2020 on release day. (Of course, always under the condition that we receive the goods as planned).

Probably on the release day (10.11.2020) we will be able to sell a (very) small amount of Xbox Series X. The exact time will be announced later. However, we cannot say the exact time yet and will be communicated later.

To Xbox Series X pre-order customers: all customers whose order number is less than or equal to 34412849 are expected to receive the console at release (10 November 2020). Orders with a higher number are on the waiting list and are not expected to receive delivery on release.
To Xbox Series S pre-order customers: all customers whose order number is less than or equal to 34415224 are expected to receive the console at release (10 November 2020). Orders with a higher number are on the waiting list and are not expected to ship on release.
