The Thunderbolt 4 connection supports two external 4K displays with a maximum frequency of 60 Hz and the USB-C connection supports one external 4K display with a maximum frequency of 60 Hz. You can find more details here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-dock-whats-new#references

Check the cable connections and make sure that they are all firmly connected. Update the firmware of your router and the drivers of your Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock. I hope this helps! 😊

We use a Surface Laptop and now a ThinPad on the Thundebolt 4 dock with an older Samsung monitor, which has a DVI connection, and an HP 27" monitor via DVI. We connected the Samsung via the adapter from Lindy (Lindy USB 3.1 C to multi-AV converter, available from Digitec). Works perfectly. The HP with an AV cable directly from USB to DVI also works well. I can't say whether your setup will work, but I think the Thunderbolt 4 is quite tolerant. Otherwise, with the Lindy you would have the option of connecting different connector types. Good luck!

It's the throughput that you get via a 5G tower, for example, these values usually always fluctuate a little if the speed is measured via fibre, there are always fluctuations there too. I always measure the speed with the fast.com website, which I find more ideal than the other usual websites, but a router that could also offer an internal speed test, for example, would then of course measure directly at the source.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not specify the weight of the power supply unit, which has a C13 power cable. Enclosed you will find a helpful unboxing, which shows everything important: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC3K6JSGrfs&ab_channel=MicrosoftExpertZoneDACH
