Good day, I have been using the headphones for just under two days now and have read countless reviews of this and similar devices. I saw the construction site in front of my house as a reason to buy ANC headphones for the first time. I have to say, though, it's not the revolution I was hoping for, and I'm now wondering if it's my expectations or something else. Here's my question: There is a very slight noise in the background and most importantly, the ANC does not provide silence for me, rather background noise is just quieter and sounds brighter (ANC is undoubtedly on, and at the highest level). Is this normal? How much worse is the ANC of these headphones compared to more expensive ones, can more or less silence be achieved by this technology at all? Regards

Is it possible to activate only noise cancelling without listening to music etc. at the same time? I have a construction site right outside the door, so I was considering headphones with ANC.

I use the headphones for home cooling and work. When you put the headphones down and don't use them for a while, they automatically turn off. Is there a way or setting to prevent this?

Hello experts I am currently trying to connect my new MS Surface 2 to the TV via an inakustik Bluetooth Audio Transmitter. The pairing works fine. However, when I take the headphones off, it goes into pause mode, and that's where it stays. I have to pair again to continue listening. Is this a known problem?

Can these headphones also be connected to a mac or iPhone?

Does anyone know if the "auto standby" can be deactivated on this model? Is there a variant in the new version to deactivate ANC without automatically amplifying the ambient noise?

Does anyone here have the same problems as me? I am connected via Bluetooth, but it is recognised as the following device: "Headphones (Surface Headphones - Handsfree)" for audio output as well as input. I have installed the Surface Audio App. Is connected according to the app volume and noise cancellation is also updated when adjusting the headset. It is now also listed in the Bluetooth Device Manager as "LE Surface Headphones". But still no sound. Software is up to date - No change via USB connection. I get sound via 3.5mm jack, but that's hardly the point of using a cable... I had no problems with the Android smartphone. I also had no problems on the desktop PC with Windows 10 to which other headsets are connected. So far, the problem only exists with the Surface Pro 7 - great, isn't it?

Great I got it yesterday and I'm happy, but the headset says "16 hours left" after I've fully charged it. Is that normal? It should be 20 hours!
