Based on the product pictures and the description, it is a DE layout keyboard, i.e. the arrangement of the special characters is different and you don't have the umlaut keys like on the CH keyboard, which is the same for all language regions.

It is a normal Swiss QWERTZ layout. è is to the right of P, é and à are to the right of L

Yes, according to the Logitech website (https://www.logitech.com/de-ch/products/ipad-keyboards/folio-touch.html) it does - at the bottom, Technical Specifications (compare your model number Axxx). But beware, the keyboard will probably be DE (Germany)...

12.4.6 is unfortunately not helpful. But anyway, it is compatible with the Apple iPad Air 2020 and therefore a really nice alternative if the Apple Magic Keyboard is too expensive. Hope I could help. :-)
