Hello Michaelgraf1999. Yes, I have just connected everything possible. HDMI, 1x USB external HD, 1x USB stick, 1x USB-Lightning cable (for iPhone), network cable, 1x SD card, 1x microSD and finally even another iPhone on the USB-C... but don't copy that. I had my iPad connected to the USB 3.1A and my iPhone to the USB-C... not good at all... Network connection was also gone afterwards.
Hello
Description from LMP: "The USB-C port can be used to charge the laptop through a USB-C power adapter (Power Delivery) or as a data port."
Greetings
have two LMP Mini and they go on any USB C port, regardless of the end device. Since the iPad Pro has a USB C (via the cradle), it should work. I can't try it, I don't have an iPad Pro.
Unfortunately, that probably can't work. With USB Type-C, the world is unfortunately no longer as simple as it used to be... With USB-C, the ports have become more complex (alternative modes) compared to the older ports such as Type-A, and this additional complexity enables features such as those offered by these docking stations. Unfortunately, it is no longer the case that everything that can be connected via USB ports and adapters also works. You also have to connect such Type-C docking stations directly to your notebook via a Type-C port.
I have had several such adapters in our office for 4-5 months and none of them have failed. It is normal that it heats up because it can charge the machine at the same time.
