Exactly. The Showroom indication means that this item is on display in our shops and can therefore be viewed. However, when an order is placed, an unopened new product is sent. :)

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about long-term use as in the showroom. However, my appliance has now been in use for 10 months without any problems. No burn-in, no discolouration. And this despite use with objects that are in the picture for a long time (3h+) in the same place. With the various technical measures that are set against burn-in (pixel shift, automatic shutdown after 3 hours without user input, automatic photo gallery after still images longer than ~5 minutes), burn-in should be almost impossible with regular, private use.

Applies only to LG: the design and speakers may be different and there are other sizes. The model you selected is from 2018. The equivalent of the latest generation is the OLEDC9. Cx is the "entry-level" model of the current processor technology (B8, for example, has an older processor than C8 but similar software features). If you want to read more https://www.lg.com/us... https://www.zambullo.de/fernseher... I have the OLEDC8 and I am very enthusiastic about it.

Hello Oninamu. The stand is 90 cm wide at the very front. However, it becomes wider towards the back of the TV and lifts up. At 5mm height, the width is then between 92 and 92.5cm. Greetings, Parlan

1. at this resolution you can get closer, i.e. 2.5 - 3 m (guide size). The visual acuity also has an influence. 2. comparison image: 55SK8000 has: 2a. Edge LED and is not comparable to OLED. 55SK8500 has Full Array LED and is more comparable to OLED. 2b. alpha-7 processor.--> "worse" upscaler than OLED55C8 with alpha-9 processor. 3. comparison sound: 55SK8000 has 2.0 sound system (20 W). OLED55C8 has 2.2 sound system (40 W with subwoofer 20 W). In my opinion, 55SK8000 is closer to OLED55B87. The question is what differences are perceptible according to the data sheets in a comparative assessment; each buyer must judge this for himself. There are automatic comparisons at Digitec and LG; these produce partly contradictory information. If one really wants to know, detailed data sheets must be compared manually.

You can't say that across the board. The input lag of the C8 is probably a lot better than that of the A1. But do you define better? It will be difficult to get an answer to this question from someone who has effectively tested this on both TVs. I would also put other criteria such as functions, sound, design, price, etc. in the foreground rather than the game mode when using a console.
