Thanks to high-resolution images nowadays, you can basically take the diagonal 1:1 as the distance. However, I would add a bit of spacing on top of that. You are well served with an 86".
I also have colour deviations, especially with bright pictures. It's much less noticeable with dark colours. In the meantime, however, I only notice this rarely. For me, however, it's clear: in future I'll only have OLED in my house, nothing else, and I'd rather have 2-3 inches smaller, but a top picture. My older 65-inch OLED model (also from LG), which I still have in use in another room, doesn't have these problems and delivers an impeccable picture that is a joy to watch.
