Does Knog Scout Bike Alarm & Finder send an alarm to my mobile when my bike is moved, even if I am out of Bluetooth range, i.e. only connected via the telephone network?

You can mount the Knog openbur underneath and together with the bidon holder. Does it also work with a folding lock? The lock is attached in the holes for the bidon holder. And the second question: How quickly does the alarm go off? Is a small movement enough or does the bike have to be effectively carried/ridden away?
