Questions about JBL Charge 4

JBL Charge 3 is stereo JBL Charge 4 is mono. In my opinion, this hardly matters. With such a small distance between the speakers, a stereo effect is hardly audible in any case.

Hoi - according to the specifications, you need a normal USB-C cable (USB-C on one side, and probably USB-A on the other, so that you can plug it into a USB charger). Maybe you already have one of those for or from your mobile or something? LG

Hello xdxly2310, the box is completely waterproof and I personally often have it on the outside of my backpack in the mesh pocket when snowboarding. When it snows heavily and snow collects on the box, it sounds funny at some point ... but at the latest after a break in the warm, it sounds perfect again. :) VG Joe

Yes! The best way to do this is to download the JBL app to your mobile phone/tablet. Connect everything together via Bluetooth. Then you can choose via the app whether the speakers should play music in party mode or as stereo. For stereo, you can choose in the app which speaker should be the left one and which speaker should be the right one.

Yes, the 1A should work. I occasionally use a plug from the iPhone charging cable (for the predecessor of the Charge 4) and it works there. :)

Unfortunately, we don't know what the problem could be. :-( We have therefore forwarded the question to our community so that someone who knows more about it could answer it.

The only difference is the colour. It looks like the black model was on sale on 24.11. and was therefore a lot cheaper than the green version.
