Functionally, the MS and UC certified headsets are almost identical. The main difference is the pre-configured headset settings.
The MS models are certified for Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) and support Microsoft Skype for Business right out of the box. These models support call answer/end, volume control and mute without the need for additional configuration or settings. You can simply plug in and use the headset.
If you or your company do not use Microsoft Skype for Business, choose the standard UC model. Likewise, all the features you see in the MS models work with your favorite softphone right out of the box. Just plug it in.
Since it has a USB port for charging, there is usually no reason why it should not work.
I don't know of any headset where it doesn't work.
But I have not tested this with this headset.
Yes, that's exactly how it is; the product is also described in exactly the same way (although the "wireless" does not refer to the charging station, but to the headset ;)).
Thank you very much for pointing this out. A correction request has just been sent. Attached is an article that addresses the issue ;)

Yes, this is possible with the Jabra Evolve 75, but it must first be explicitly activated in the "Jabra Direct" software so that the USB charging cable can also be used as an audio cable.
The only catch is that this also applies when the headset is plugged into the USB charging station in Bluetooth mode.
Hello, yes, this works fine. Two devices can be connected at the same time. I always have my mobile phone and laptop connected and can continue from the phone call afterwards in Skype Zoom etc. Highly recommended.
