It has one or the other bits in it which you can use for a MacBook and iPhone repair, it just depends on which model, i.e. which release series the product to be repaired has. But I would recommend this kit. iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit (Tools, Various) you have all the bits you need and even one or two helpful tools for a planned repair. I have been using this product for a long time and have successfully repaired many notebooks, mobile phones and PCs, including Apple products.

16 bits (4mm) in the following sizes:
Phillips - 000, 00, 0, 1
Pentalobe - P2, P5
Slot - 1, 2.5, 4 mm
Torx - T4, T5
Torx Security - TR6, TR8, TR10
Tri-Point - Y000
SIM Eject tool
This sounds stupid now, but a normal Phillips screwdriver is enough to take a graphics card apart. :-)
Well, maybe a medium one and a slightly smaller one....
