Hello, use this dock. If you plug the charging cable (USB Type C) into the dock and the dock into a USB Type C suitable for charging on the Lenovo X1, it works fine.

Hello I have connected my ACER notebook (Aspire 5 A517-51G-846P) to the ICY BOX. All peripheral devices, as well as LAN, work perfectly. Unfortunately, the external screen, Acer Nitro VG240Ybmiix (24", 1920 x 1080 pixels) does not work. The error message No Signal always appears, regardless of whether I connect the device with VGA or HDMI. Unfortunately, I have not found a current driver for the ICY BOX. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hello, I bought this dokin station and noticed when I unpacked it that there was no charging cable at all. Is there a charging cable for it? Thank you

Hello Tanja, The docking station does not come with a charging cable. You have to use the one from your laptop (USB-C) or buy a second charging cable. However, you can also use the docking station without a charging cable as an extension of the connections. Greetings Roberto

Is it possible to connect several screens via this docking station? I've been using this docking station for about a year and have only had one screen so far, but would like to install a second one. Is that possible in principle?

Yes, but with a restriction. It is only possible via VGA & MiniDP or HDMI & MiniDP simultaneously. Also note that the monitors are only recognised on a Thunderbolt 3 port, on a USB port only the data ports are recognised.

Hello, I bought this part for the Huawei Matebook X Pro and everything works except the LAN - with the MB only Wlan is recognised but no matter how I connect the ICY BOX, LAN does not come through. The cable is OK and the lamps on the LAN connection on the IcyBox also work. What could this be?

Do you have a USB-C power supply connected? If so, does it supply enough watts for the docking station?

Hello all. I am using the docking station with my laptop Lenovo yoga 530 and would like to attach my monitor HP Pavilion 23xi. However, the docking station does not seem to recognise the monitor. I have tried two HDMI cables and a VGA cable and installed the latest driver. When I plug the cable directly into the laptop everything works fine. Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution? Thank you very much.

Since I own a MacBook Pro, I can unfortunately only say about the potential from this model. The transmission to the TV is very good and the sharpness is convincing. But if it's just to take an HDMI adapter and you don't need more, then the Ich Box is too much. I need it above all for several connections, including SD Card, and I am very satisfied.

Hello all Is it possible to still use the built-in HDMI connection of the notebook despite the docking station? I have two monitors which both need HDMI. If this does not work, I would have to buy a new cable. Kind regards

Hello X... Yes, that was possible for me. However, I had connected a mini HDMI output to the notebook. Asus supplied an adapter for this, to which I connected the old Samsung 3D TV on a trial basis. A Samsung 4K monitor was connected to this product via HDMI. I could only use one of the two integrated graphics units for this (the one from Intel and not the one from Nvidia). However, since I didn't really need this setting, I left it alone. I hope this answer helps.

I'm using it on a MacBook Air with Thunderbolt 3. I have the Apple power supply on the dock and the power is passed through for charging. The speed of the ports is, of course, "limited" to USB-C, but that doesn't bother me. It was more important to me that I could connect several screens at a reasonable price and LAN via RJ45.
