I recently bought two of these 10 CHF codes at Digitec, no problems validating them in my Google Pay account (...). where did you want to redeem them?
Yes, about 15 minutes later by e-mail. I had paid directly via Twint; perhaps they are waiting for your payment...
That's what it said for me too. But after about 10 minutes, I received an email saying that the code was now available. I was then able to use it directly.

You have to pay directly with a credit card or Twint, then it works quickly, but I recently paid with a credit note and the Play voucher was not created... I cancelled and ordered again, then paid with twint, and it worked as described, but I still had to ask for the lost credit back, it wasn't returned automatically.

If your playstation is set on France then buy one in France. It goes per the region of your playstation
The cards are not physically delivered, you receive a confirmation email with the link to access them and you also have the code available in your customer account under the gift card section.
