Hello, perhaps this is mentioned somewhere and I just haven't found it. Does the Family+ plan only apply to the same plan or can a Basic plan for 14.- and one for 19.- be combined to pay 13.-/18.-? Thank you and kind regards in advance

It is no problem to combine different plans in one Family + Friends. Both types benefit from the discount, as in your example.

Good day. I have a question about the Apple Watch. I bought my son an Apple Watch Cellular, now I wanted to ask if everything will also work on the watch, e.g. phone calls, text messages and internet, if I buy the Basic plan? I read that the phone provider has to have multisim for an Apple Watch, and Galaxus Mobile does, from what I read. I'm asking all this because I came across a website where it says that Galaxus Mobile won't unlock calls made with a watch without an iphone nearby, is this true? Hi, I have bought the Basic plan. When I go on holiday to Austria and Hungary, do I have to buy a data pack? I always had problems with Swisscom, even though I bought a data pack. As soon as I crossed the border, there was "no network" and so I couldn't log into the Cockpit. No SMS, nothing. How should I proceed? Thank you for any information. My plan will be activated tomorrow.

Exactly, for roaming abroad, a package would have to be purchased. The costs and coverage can be found here https://mobile.galaxus.ch/static/documents/GalaxusMobile_Tarife_DE.pdf We are not aware of any problems in Austria or Hungary with our plan.
