Digital voucher for CHF 10.–
The low-quantity surcharge is basically there to cover the internal processing costs for small orders, which ultimately leads to us being able to set the prices of the products concerned lower. More detailed information can be found under this link. https://www.galaxus.ch/de/Wiki/2891 As the voucher is digital and therefore does not incur any costs in our logistics, it is not included in the minimum order value.

The remaining amount remains on your voucher.

Several vouchers can be redeemed for one order. You can find more information on the topic of vouchers here: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/articles/360007334019-Allgemeine-Informationen-zu-Gutscheinen
Yes. After 15 seconds of searching you will find the info, just scroll down to the blue area > Service > Redeem voucher :-) https://www.digitec.ch/de/wiki/4910
Unfortunately not, I'm sorry.
The vouchers can be deducted in the third step "Payment" of the order process under "Redeem voucher" before sending the order. The total of the order is thus directly reduced by the amount of the voucher.
