When I put something in the shopping basket, it says Send order at the bottom. Is the item then sent or only after payment. I would like to redeem a voucher.

The vouchers can be deducted in the third step "Payment" of the order process under "Redeem voucher" before sending the order. The total of the order is thus directly reduced by the amount of the voucher.
