The camera bag is compatible with compact cameras and has internal dimensions of 140 mm height, 68 mm width and 30 mm length. I own a Canon G7 Mark II. So compare the dimensions of the two cameras. If the G16 is the same size or a little smaller, only then it fits. Note: The bag is nice when new, but after 2-3 years it disintegrates!

I can't answer this question directly because I protect a G7x II with this case. The G7x II fits easily into the case.
According to https://de.canon.ch/for_home..., the DCC-2500 case is listed for the PowerShot G16.
Comparison of dimensions:
G7x II: 103 x 60 x 40 mm (W x H x D).
G16: approx. 108.8 x 75.9 x 40.3 mm (W x H x D)
The DCC-1880 case is not suitable for the G16.
I can't say whether this case is suitable for the G7 X Mark III. We use it with the G7 X Mark II. If the Mark III and Mark II have identical outer dimensions, this should fit.

I assume so, the MK1 looks the same.
I bought the leather bag together with the MK2.
please look at both cameras and compare. i think the G5X with its "flash hump" on top doesn't fit.
